SUPPORTING SERVICES SUMMARY:
This Supporting Service Specification details the standard Supporting Services provided to support the Customer with its adoption and use of the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 This Specification definitions are defined within EXLS-C6000-002 Expede Licence & Services Terms & Conditions.
Customer is provided an online Platform helpdesk which can be accessed through the Platform. The helpdesk permits Users to raise support tickets to the Provider. The helpdesk response commitment is detailed within the Service Level Agreement.
3.0 USER TRAINING
Customer is provided with online User training videos and supporting documentation. The training permits individual Users to undertake personal and dedicated training in the Platform use. The level of User training is defined within the Order Form.

4.0 PLATFORM KNOWLEDGE BASE
Customer is provided an online Platform technical knowledge base. The knowledge base is available at the company website as well as within the Platform. www.expede.net
5.0 SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING MANAGEMENT
Customer is provided with a dedicated portal to allow self-management of subscriptions, services and billing. The portal is available through the Platform and the Company website. www.expede.net
6.0 OTHER SUPPORTING SERVICES
The Order Form details any additional Support Services.
